A father starts out on a journey to figure out the best way to protect his son from seeing the dirt of a crime-ridden city. Pokey Pokey (2017) is an animated short film that discusses the rising trend of over-protecting children. When it comes to protecting children's innocence, how far will people go? Since children will eventually grow into adults, and every society always has its light and shadow is shielding children for as long as possible from knowing that there is sex and violence in the world really about protecting children's innocence? Or is it about the fear of children growing up?
